Overall I could not gotten any luckier with my choice of a dentist. I broke my tooth in half eating a meatball of all things and needed to see a dentist immediately. I had an appointment to determine the cause of some pain I had as a result of a recent filling. Dr. Norman took bite-wing x-ray, but saw no complications. He decided to replace filling but went with composite instead of amalgam. He did the replacement right away and it took care of the issue. Very glad it worked!

I felt that the receptionist, Kim, went out of her way to help me figure out how my insurance worked and the best way to utilize my benefits for the year! Dr. Norman was great at noticing when I was uncomfortable and doing his best to make me more comfortable while getting work done. He told me in would probably experience pain after the anesthetic wore off, but I didn't experience any pain so all around, I think they did a great job and i am looking forward to getting the rest of my dental work completed by this office. :)

I was so thankful that Dr. Norman's office was able to get me in, as a brand new patient, with a phone call due to extreme pain with one of my crowns. The pain is now under control....however I did have to resort to taking some leftover hydrocodone pills yesterday and last night. It was unbearable until then. I did wake up this morning pain-free and so far have not needed even ibuprofen. The whole team involved with this process was great and it went so smooth! You can tell the staff is a seasoned team. I have a facial disorder and they are always prepared and accomidate for it with pre meds and a special mouth rince. I love my dentist... team. I've had 2 appointments with Dr. Norman & I am impressed with the quality of care I received. I'm also impressed with the fact that he tells you your different options & tries to make your treatments as affordable as possible. I was given the option of how long I would like to be in the chair, & told I could split the procedure between two appointments, which I did. However my husband had a crown prep & is now complaining that his partial doesn't fit right over the temporary & it hurts. I told him to call & tell them. We'll see what happens.

Dr. Norman and his team always treat me with respect and compassion. I have told them numerous times that I'd drive a thousand miles to have Dr Norman as my dentist. I know I'm a difficult patient with a tiny mouth and horrific previous experiences with other dentists that make it time consuming for Doc and Angie, but they always make me feel safe and work with me and my anxiety. Jennifer always gets me in quickly and helps me understand my bill. Plus, she works out a payment plan I can afford. I truly wouldn't go anywhere else, which is why I drive from Grants Pass to see them still! Thank you for always making me feel special!

My experience with you and your staff is always wonderful. Friendly, helpful and experienced. This visit was quite different for me... I am getting older and what I could tolerate 5 years ago I can't quite do so well now... If it's more than a routine visit and procedure, I can no longer do it. I was so exhausted when I got home I went directly to my bed for a nap. (This is okay, but I am not a napper). However, this does not reflect on you or your staff. I made the call, and it was my thoughts, (of, of course I can do this!). Very wishful thinking, but not reality... I dislike to admit it, but I can't lift 90 lb. bales of hay anymore, neither can I work 12 hour shifts of work. I may be woman, but I am no longer invincible! But meet me in the 1.0 fitness class at the Y and I may surprise you and kick a few butts... Luv You guys, Carla H.

Dr. Norman is an exceptional dentist. He is very gentle and does excellent work. He and his staff are considerate and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Norman.
